Cupcake- Double Chocolate Banana Shake

My little boy has a current obsession with bananas! He totally got it from me. 

The last few weeks he has downed a good 3-5 bananas a day. And he calls them "ma-nana", which is adorable.

I love finding recipes that use banana's. Right now I am loving finding cookies, cakes, and breads. We LOVE bananas over here!

I cannot say that this is really a "banana" recipe. But I love fresh bananas on top of treats. Usually one is not enough, so go ahead and add on some more!

Bam- chocolate cake cupcakes with creamy chocolate frosting and topped with a banana. For reals??

Cupcake- Chocolate Milk

I think Chocolate Milk is the ultimate gourmet drink. It is not very often that we buy it cause I know how not-good it is for me. My husband and I grew up in Provo, Utah where we went to BYU.  The BYU Creamery is famous for their homemade chocolate milk. This chocolate milk made us picky when it comes to good chocolate milk. It is delicious!

Anyway, this cupcake was inspired by just that, a cold glass of good ol' Chocolate Milk!

Birthday Party- Breakfast & Beauty

 Little girl birthday parties are the most fun!

This one had a unique twist. The 12 year old girls all came over on a Saturday morning in their PJ's.

The whole food table consisted of breakfast goodies- a cereal bar, cinnamon rolls, mini pancakes, fruit glasses, orange juice & chocolate milk.

The full cereal bar. I could live on this all day!

And even though it was 9:00 AM, it is always time for dessert! Happy ruffle cake and delicious chocolate raspberry cupcakes!

Now for the beauty part, not as delicious, but still adorable!

The girls did facial masks, manicures and pedicures.

Consisted of: toe separators, a loofa, and mini nail kit.

It turned out adorable and the girls loved it, they stayed and played all day.

Cupcakes- Banana Cream

I cannot say no to Banana. These cupcakes were delicious. Light and fluffy while still sweet and to die for.

Easy and a great treat to bring over to friends.

Graduation Party

My husband graduated from Brigham Young University!

Note: This party was thrown on a tight budget, on crutches, and on pain meds (ankle surgery just a week before!)

The whole party was thrown with Jordan's favorite treats and snacks. This made is simple and made him very very happy!

Christmas Tree Cake

This last Christmas season I was in love with snow globes. I found myself looking for all sorts of glass containers to make one in. They are lovely.

This cake was inspired by a snowglobe. With a snow covered mountain of chocolate cake, these little tree toppers are delightful!

Oh, and I cannot forget the peppermint mini cupcakes we brought with us!
